Sollte es tatsächlich der letzte Life Ball sein, geht auch modetechnisch eine Ära zu Ende. So international war Wien in der Fashion-Szene sonst nur selten unterwegs. Katie Holmes beehrte den 26. Life Ball in einer gestreiften Robe, Victoria Swarovski glitzerte in einem gewagten Transparent-Kleid. Conchita nahm gleich mehrere Outfitwechsel vor und deklinierte das Ballthema "Zirkus" auf besonders glamouröse Weise durch. Mittendrin, statt nur dabei,  Ehemaliger Top Model Shawne Fielding als „Miss“ Königin Blau-Grün Samt Abendkleid mit Diamanten Krone von Graff, die schillernde Ex-Gattin des ehemaligen  Schweizer Botschafters in Deutschland, Thomas Borer. Mit ihrem neuen Lebensgefährten, dem Ex- Eishockey-Profi Patrick Schöpf, machte sie 2018 „Das Sommerhaus der Stars“ (ein RTL-Format) unsicher.
